Job description
  • Assist the Head of Unit, Corporate Secretarial in providing secretarial services and responsibilities in managing and administering secretarial practices and statutory requirements of PR1MA Corporation Malaysia and group of companies in compliance with PR1MA Act 2012, Companies Act 2016 and the relevant Pekeliling/Garis Panduan issued by Government.
  • Assist in administrative preparation of Board/Board Committee Meetings and Management Meetings of the Group and compilation of meeting papers.
  • Assist in preparation of all corporate secretarial documents including but not limited to resolutions, minutes of meetings, board paper and statutory documents.
  • Assist in preparation and ensure timely accurate lodgement and submission of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other authorities.
  • Maintain and updating statutory records, register book and files compliance with Companies Act, 2016.
  • Coordinate, support and liaise with other departments in corporate secretarial matters, special assignments and corporate exercises.
  • Perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Head of Unit, Corporate Secretarial from time to time.
  • Experience working in-house/corporate will be an added advantage.
