What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with company incorporation, statutory filing, and maintenance of statutory records
  • Providing administrative support for board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
  • Handling the timely submission of regulatory filings and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing general secretarial and administrative support to the company secretarial team

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of company secretarial or relevant administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • No experience or fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • A keen interest in corporate governance and compliance
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Maicsa) or a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Corporate Secretarial/Administration) would be an advantage.
