Corporate Publications, Reporting & Awards
- Support the production including drafting of the Integrated Annual Report and other corporate publications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely, accurate and quality submissions.
- Prepare and coordinate award submissions in collaboration with relevant departments to enhance corporate visibility and recognition.
- Maintain corporate databases, project records, and documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan and execute corporate events, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen Salcon’s brand presence.
- Prepare event briefs, timelines, speeches and media kits; manage on‑site coordination and post‑event reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Corporate Communication & Branding
- Develop and implement corporate communication and branding strategies to strengthen the company’s image, visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all corporate materials, publications and digital platforms.
- Coordinate festive greetings, marketing collaterals and event‑related materials.
Content & Media Management
- Draft and edit press releases, speeches, newsletters and other corporate write‑ups.
- Manage and update corporate social media platforms and website to ensure content accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain positive media relationships to enhance corporate reputation.
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Ensure all communications comply with corporate governance, ISO, and regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Manage department budgets, vendor invoices, and documentation.
- Support cross‑departmental communications and undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2‑5 years of working experience in corporate communications/corporate affairs, public relations, events management, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding, event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive team player with good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Tech‑savvy, driven, mature and able to prioritize, manage and deliver tasks, projects and deadlines.
- Resourceful, creative and able to achieve objectives within set timelines independently.
