Responsibilities
  • Handle incorporation of Sdn Bhd and PLT entities
  • Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, maintain statutory records, and lodge statutory documents with relevant authorities
  • Liaise with regulatory officers and departments to ensure timely submission of annual statutory requirements, including audited reports and annual returns
  • Assist the Company Secretary in advising the Board and Members on corporate secretarial matters
  • Coordinate and arrange physical or virtual meetings for assigned portfolios
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of statutory records, books, and secretarial documents (e.g., register of members, directors, charges, minutes book)
  • Knowledgeable use of MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA, and Stamp Hasil systems for SSM filings and other related software
  • Communicate effectively with clients on secretarial matters
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned
