Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent
At least 1–2 years of working experience in a company secretarial firm
Familiarity with Companies Act 1965 & 2016
Computer literate, especially in using digital software or Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Handle incorporation of Sdn Bhd and PLT entities
- Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, maintain statutory records, and lodge statutory documents with relevant authorities
- Liaise with regulatory officers and departments to ensure timely submission of annual statutory requirements, including audited reports and annual returns
- Assist the Company Secretary in advising the Board and Members on corporate secretarial matters
- Coordinate and arrange physical or virtual meetings for assigned portfolios
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of statutory records, books, and secretarial documents (e.g., register of members, directors, charges, minutes book)
- Knowledgeable use of MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA, and Stamp Hasil systems for SSM filings and other related software
- Communicate effectively with clients on secretarial matters
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned
