The Principal / Centre Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operational management, and business performance of the Berlitz Centre. This role ensures academic excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth while maintaining Berlitz global standards and local regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Berlitz Centre
• Ensure high academic standards and consistent delivery of the Berlitz Method
• Lead, manage, and develop teaching, sales, and administrative teams
• Drive student enrollment, corporate training sales, and revenue growth
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control
• Maintain excellent customer experience and client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with Berlitz franchise requirements and local education regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements
