Job summary

A logistics company in Selangor is seeking an SCM Executive for the Export Division. You will manage the organization and distribution of shipping documents while coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery. The role requires excellent communication skills, a degree in logistics, and proficiency in English and Malay. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure. This position offers an opportunity for fresh graduates, with work located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Proficient in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
• General knowledge of PCs and common related software.

Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute relevant communications and documents to customers.
• Coordinate and manage all outbound shipments.
• Create Sales Order, Delivery Orders and required documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders for shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with the warehouse for loading and unloading of export shipments.
• Manage invoice issuance and billing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with finance to resolve payment matters.
• Liaise with banks on documentation and payment matters.
