Key responsibilities include managing progress claims and ensuring timely issuance of certifications and invoices to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of measurement of quantities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Cost Estimation for Tender Work independently.
• Review of the Instruction to Tenders and Conditions of Contract.
• Post-Contract Commercial Management including review of Progress Claims.
