We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations focus on strategic sourcing and procurement scopes. You'll collaborate closely with our team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with audits. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Processing all Purchase Requisition (PR) for Velesto Workover (VWO), from approved requisition all the way to Purchase Order (PO) issuance to the vendor.
• Ensure the the process were carried out according to the Procurement MSP (SOP) at all time.
• Attend to any procurement issue/needs from the VWO team at any time.
• Assist line managers with any requirement with regards to VWO requirement.
• Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient use in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
• Experience working directly with client would be an added advantage
• Good command in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Words & Powerpoint
• Have experience in D365 is an added advantage
• Good command of English in speaking & writing
• Implementation of mathematical & analytical skills is required.
• Problem solving skills is also a requirement for this role
• Can work at our office in Plaza Sentral, KL
• Local graduates who are still unemployed are encouraged to apply
