About the role

KTI Landmark Berhad is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (M&E) to join our team based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful and timely delivery of our architectural projects.

What you'll be doing

Monitor and supervise M&E works.

Ensure all M&E installations and implementations are in accordance with approved drawings and materials

Organise and monitor sub-contractors throughout all stages of work processing, site preparation, construction, completion and defect liability period

Coordinate with team and oversee team's workflow and tasks required to complete the works

Analyze and prepare list of materials to be ordered to fulfil the need of the project

Ensure materials, tools and machinery are proper arrange and safe keeping on site

Coordinate with architectural, civil & structural and QS/contract teams, assign tasks, and resolve problems

Review M&E construction drawing and check that all drawings comply with statutory requirement

Co-ordinate works with sub-contractors and consultant for any rectification or specific requirements by regulation

Assist in supervising installation, testing and commissioning at site

Arrange for site inspection

Monitor site safety and work progress on M&E areas

Prepare progress report and submit documentation to relevant parties

Responsible for the checking and monitoring of all M&E matters

Ensure works comply with contract, safety and health guidelines and legal requirements

Inspect workplace to identify potential incident to Safety and Health and take action to control

Undertake other duties assigned by your Superior or The Management from time to time.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering architectural construction projects

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Experience with construction management software and tools

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
