• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus as this role requires liaising with Chinese speaking suppliers and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
• Detail oriented, can work with minimal supervision.

What you’ll be doing

• Review the contract draft in accordance with the trader’s specifications and requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of payment and arrange delivery of goods as per the terms outlined in the contract draft.
• Coordinate with the company's quality inspection personnel or entrust an inspection company to arrange quality inspection.
• Compile quality data and report to the trader and operations manager.
• Keep track of pricing periods and futures hedging records, and updating relevant documentation accordingly.
• Issue settlements and verify customer settlement documents.
• Prepare customs declaration documents and arrange for export clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure smooth and efficient shipment.

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus as this role requires liaising with Chinese speaking suppliers and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Must be willing to work in Klang.
