Job description

We are looking for fun and enthusiastic Game Masters to join our team! Below are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Set up and reset game rooms to ensure they are ready for each session.
  • Conduct daily game testing to check for functionality and quality.
  • Guide and assist customers through their game experience with enthusiasm.
  • Provide hints and support while maintaining the excitement of the game.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of game rooms and common areas.
  • Monitor and enforce safety guidelines during gameplay.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.

Part Time: Up to 10.30/hour
Full Time: RM2000+ a month

LOCATION: Breakout The Shore, Melaka

You are required to:
  • Be a proficient SOP practitioner to ensure consistent procedures across international locations.
  • Cultivate a customer-oriented approach to guarantee satisfaction and positive experiences.
  • Responsibly perform assigned duties to contribute to a harmonious workplace.
  • Infuse energy into the role by being a fun-loving and engaging personality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace to create a welcoming environment.
  • Full Time: Minimum 1 year commitment (as this position is contract based).
  • Part Time: Minimum 4 months commitment (as this position is contract based).
