Job summary
A construction technology company in Selangor is seeking a BIM Coordinator with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and proficiency in BIM software like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Responsibilities include developing project relationships, supervising safety compliance, and maintaining BIM models. The role is contract-based for 12 months, offering a dynamic work environment with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of working experience in the related BIM field.
- BIM Modelling certification preferred.
- Experience in creating and maintaining BIM LOD 300 to LOD 500.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with project team members.
- Supervise compliance with safety regulations during construction.
- Coordinate BIM elements with all stakeholders on site.
- Create and review models and construction drawings.
- Maintain databases of construction documents.
- Prepare contracts and legal documents for projects.
