MTSC TECH (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Key Account) to join our dynamic sales team in Johor Bahru, Johor and Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing key client relationships to support the company's strategic growth initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Identify and target new high-value sales opportunities within assigned industry verticals and accounts

Liaise with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven track record in new business development, preferably in the technology or B2B services industry

Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Process own transport and willing to travel in Johor and Singapore
