Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working experience in the related BIM field.
• BIM Modelling certification preferred.
• Experience in creating and maintaining BIM LOD 300 to LOD 500.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project team members.
• Supervise compliance with safety regulations during construction.
• Coordinate BIM elements with all stakeholders on site.
• Create and review models and construction drawings.
• Maintain databases of construction documents.
• Prepare contracts and legal documents for projects.
