A global HR solutions provider is seeking a Project Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to support HRMS projects implementation across the region. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and possess strong communication and project implementation skills. You will be vital in preparing project documentation, conducting user training, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Support and participate in the implementation of multiple HRMS projects across the region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating project plans and implementation documents for all ongoing projects.
Carry out system configuration, solution setup, and functional validation according to project requirements and timelines.
Conduct product implementation activities, including user training and knowledge transfer sessions, as assigned by the Project Manager or supervisor.
Work closely with the Regional Project Manager and respective Country Heads to understand client requirements and ensure alignment of solution design with client expectations.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document client needs, and provide functional recommendations in line with best practices.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal project team members to ensure consistency in solution delivery across different countries.
Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and supervisors) to ensure clear progress updates and alignment.
Support team reviews, assist in quality checks, and contribute to the development of team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Grad Diploma or any Professional Degree in Computer Science / Business Admin / Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication).
Strong communication and project implementation skills.
Familiarize with HRMS products and HR industry or operations will be added advantages.
Sensitivity to working across other cultures and respects and value diversity.
