Job description

Prepare and assist in Bill of Quantities, cost estimates and tender documents for project.

Handle progress claims, variation orders, evaluation of claims and etc.

Monitor project costs and support cost control and cash flow management

Able to liaise with the client and others construction professionals such as Site Manager, Project Manager and Site Engineer.

Collaborate with client, consultant, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

Maintain proper contract documentation and cost record

Any other duties may be assigned from time to time of management

Job Requirements

Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Candidates with at least 2-3 years experience in QS

Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details.

Able to work independently in fast paced working environment
