YinsonGreenTech is the green technologies business of Yinson Holdings Berhad, a global energy infrastructure company that is active in offshore energy with YinsonProduction and renewable energy with YinsonRenewables.

The Project Manager is pivotal in driving project efficiencies, design standardizations, liaising with local authorities, and managing stakeholders. The successful candidate will introduce and implement digital-first automation and workflows, optimizing project management processes to reduce unnecessary workload and improve alignment and communication across teams and leverage these as key approaches in delivery projects at best quality, on-time and at best cost-value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive relentlessly in delivering progress for assigned projects and tasks
• Build a strong vendor relationship based on focus to continuously improve together and deliver excellence & cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement project management processes, policies, and standards to enhance project execution quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Spearhead the digital transformation within the department, implementing automation and digital workflows for project management tasks.
• Drive procurement efficiencies and design standardizations across projects.
• Facilitate effective liaison with local authorities and stakeholders in existing markets
• Ensure seamless integration of project management processes with daily work, enhancing team alignment and communication.
• Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or construction or a related field OR
• Master's degree in engineering or project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is ideal

Skills & Experiences:

• Minimum 5years of experience, in electrical, automotive, telecommunication or oil & gas industry.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to embed compliance into diverse business processes.
• Very detailed with strong project planning, organizing, documenting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage various projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High English proficiency written and spoken is a must.
• Strong knowledge of EV charging station infrastructure and regulations.
• Experience in leveraging automation, AI, and other digital tools to streamline project management processes, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
• High level of proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to project management
