Manage paperwork and documentation related to product specifications, testing, and compliance standards in relation to SIRIM, MIDA, and any related authorities.
Handle product warranty documentation, maintaining accurate records and facilitating warranty claims when required.
Coordinate and facilitate product testing arrangements and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
Oversee and update system progress related to product specifications, testing, and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Responsible for SIRIM and any related authority audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing any non‑conformities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of relevant requirements with overall business operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Provide support in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Serve as point of contact between Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication channels effectively.
Provide crucial support for ongoing projects by assisting in project coordination, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication among team members.
Coordinate and organize meetings for Executive Director, ensuring that necessary resources, information and follow‑up actions are appropriately managed.
Perform any other duties at the discretion of the company.
