A hardware wholesale company is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Applicants should have at least an SPM or diploma, possess good communication and organizational skills, and be willing to travel outstation frequently. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of the Director's operations.
Provide personal and administrative support to the Director.
Accompany the Director for outstation trips when required.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, messages, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with staff, clients, and suppliers as instructed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Able and willing to travel outstation frequently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant is an added advantage.
