A leading engineering construction firm in Penang is seeking an Engineering Manager (M&E) to lead and manage various engineering projects. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of M&E projects, ensuring they meet quality and budget standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and a track record of managing M&E engineering teams for at least 8 years. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential, and strong project management skills are crucial in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar engineering management role, preferably in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years working experience in Mechanical Design and Engineering in a managerial position.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of complex M&E projects within budget and time.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
