A leading HVAC solutions firm in Subang Jaya is seeking a qualified candidate for a field service role. Responsibilities include on-site commissioning of systems, troubleshooting faults, and providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, along with 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or Building Systems. Strong communication skills and proficiency in diagnostic tools are essential for this position.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HVAC/Kitchen Ventilation systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site commissioning of company solutions (e.g., commercial kitchen ventilation, demand control systems, air distribution systems)
- Ensure correct installation and integration of controls, UV, water wash systems, and IoT-based monitoring
- Execute planned maintenance and emergency service visits according to service contracts or ad hoc requests
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, or control components
- Recommend system upgrades or component replacements to enhance performance
- Provide technical support to customers (on-site and remote)
- Deliver user training and operational guidance to end-users, contractors, and facility teams.
- Record service reports, findings, and recommended actions in a structured manner.
- Aftermarket Sales Support -Collaborate with the service sales team to identify upsell opportunities (filters, parts, upgrade packages)
- Work closely with R&D, sales, and operations teams to relay field feedback and improve product reliability
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 2–5 years in field service or commissioning (HVAC, Building Systems, or Controls preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/Kitchen Ventilation systems
- Troubleshooting skills (electrical/control systems)
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and service reporting software
