Electrical & Maintenance Coordinator (Chargeman B0 – 11kV Handling)

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Coordinator (Chargeman B0 – 11kV Handling) to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the electrical and maintenance operations within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

What you'll be doing

Electrical (Chargeman BO – 11kV)

Operate, supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment up to 11kV including switchgears, transformers, distribution panels, and related components.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) regulations and Electricity Supply Act 1990.

Monitor and maintain high-voltage electrical equipment performance and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.

Manage electrical permits, renewals, and coordinate with regulatory authorities.

Maintain proper electrical documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.

Respond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies to minimize downtime.

Support electricity consumption tracking and submit sub-metering records to Management

Identify and propose energy-saving initiatives and cost-reduction projects.

Facility & General Maintenance

Assist in daily checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on factory facilities, infrastructure, and machinery.

Assist in basic handyman tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, small wiring work, and general factory maintenance.

Implement facility maintenance programs and improvement plans to ensure optimal performance of all support systems.

Assist in Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) maintenance

Compliance, Safety & Regulatory Liaison

Ensure all operations and maintenance work adheres to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Energy (QHSEE) policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of working experience in electrical maintenance and facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques

Hands-on knowledge in troubleshooting facility equipment and minor handyman work.
