Responsibilities

• You will be working with clients across the EMEA, ASEAN and ANZ regions to understand their business requirements and design solutions for them, leveraging declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• You will customise Salesforce for the clients and provide day‑to‑day support requests while maintaining overall system configuration, change control and enhancements.
• You’ll be leading a team of Salesforce consultants and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• You’ll be leading design discussions with clients to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business needs.
• You will be involved in discovery workshops, documenting client requirements and contributing towards the overall solution design.
• You will be participating in project management activities where and when necessary.
• You will be participating in and occasionally conducting training sessions for new features and assist with system roll‑outs.
• Providing technical expertise and support to consultants.
• Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and provide guidance on their use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce or/and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or SAP CRM consulting and implementation.
• In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce OR SAP SD system architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Strong understanding in either Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud OR/AND strong experience and understanding in Sales & Distribution processes like order‑to‑cash, lead‑to‑cash, sales agreements etc.
• Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a leadership role would be preferable.
