Job summary
A leading property development company in Malacca is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage sales administration and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess at least an SPM qualification and have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Malay, English, and preferably Mandarin is advantageous. Responsibilities include liaising with relevant parties, managing billing, and assisting in sales activities. This position may require working on weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to communicate in Malay, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales administration tasks including documentation signing.
- Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers.
- Generate invoices and reminders for collections.

- To handle sales administration tasks, including SPA and loan documentation signing, billing and collection.
- To liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and other related parties.
- Responsible to generate progress billing, invoices and reminders to ensure all collection are collected promptly.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities.
- To attend any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.
- To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
- To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
- Attend customer complaints, investigate problems, prepare reports and make recommendation to the Management.
- Attend and provide guidance to purchasers on end financing requirement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly billing and collection reports and forecast collection.
- Assist supervisor to deal with related working documents & general administrative work.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
- Candidate must possess at least Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year experience in related field.
- Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Sales Administration experience in property development company will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Property Developer System software, Wiz Developer will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
- Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
