Job description
Assistant Manager - Sales, Marketing & Development Property Developer

Assistant Manager – Sales, Marketing & Development Property Developer | RM6,500–RM9,000 + Commission up to 1% | Klang Valley

Most property jobs limit you to one narrow function. We're looking for something different—someone to work closely with us in growing our property development business.

We're a developer working on residential and industrial projects in Klang Valley. We want someone who can take ownership across sales execution, marketing initiatives, market intelligence, and business coordination. This role requires follow-through and execution, not just ideas.

Small team. Direct access to management. Real ownership in the outcomes. This isn't about taking instructions—it's about seeing opportunities and running with them, spotting problems and solving them.

What You'll Handle
  • Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, agents, and direct buyers
  • Follow up leads and arrange site visits
  • Close bookings and coordinate buyer follow-ups
  • Track unit availability, bookings, and buyer status
  • Support SPA progress and ensure smooth handover
  • Prepare sales tracking reports and updates
Marketing Execution
  • Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns with designers, printers, or agencies
  • Execute digital content and promotional activities
  • Gather buyer feedback to improve marketing efforts
Market Intelligence & Business Support
  • Research competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
  • Prepare market comparison and feasibility support
  • Support business development research when needed
  • Coordinate with agents, consultants, and relevant authorities
  • Follow up on submissions, approvals, and documentation
  • Ensure matters are followed through accurately
