Web Developer (Client‑Facing Products | Mid‑Level)

At GPRO Global Sdn Bhd, we design and build our own custom hardware, embedded software, cloud, on‑premises, web, and mobile solutions from our R&D office in Kluang, Johor.

About the Role

We are looking for a capable Web Developer (Mid‑Level) to develop and maintain our client‑facing web applications. This role suits a hands‑on developer who enjoys building real products used by customers and collaborating closely with product and mobile development teams.

Web development will be your primary focus, with opportunities to collaborate across mobile platforms to ensure a consistent and high‑quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain client‑facing web applications
• Implement new features and improve existing user workflows
• Work with APIs, databases, and backend services
• Ensure web applications are secure, performant, and reliable
• Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams to deliver features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

Job Requirements

Must‑Have

• 2–5 years of experience as a Web Developer
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including:
  • C# / .NET
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience working with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Experience developing client‑facing or production web applications
• Understanding of web application architecture and API integration
• Ability to work independently, self‑organise, and communicate effectively

Added Advantage

• Experience collaborating with mobile applications (Android or React Native)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working in product‑based or agile teams
• Bonus experience with WinForms C#, Kotlin, Swift, Azure, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
