Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Front desk duty such as welcoming guests, guiding them, and ensuring they complete the registration.
2. Answer the mainline phone and transfer calls.
3. Order lunch boxes or meals.
4. Purchase sanitary and stationary supplies.
5. Collect business card printing requirements from colleagues and collaborate with the TW team.
6. Arrange business travel.
7. Perform office assistant duties as listed above, but not limited to these tasks.

Qualifications

1. College graduate or above.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Detail-oriented and willing to assist others.
6. Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
7. Front desk working experience for 3 years.
