Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. Job Description

Job Purpose:
Execute customer plans for volume development and maintain customer service for all stores in the assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, collection, and profit targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.
  2. Lead the exclusive sales rep & general sales team for customer development & distribution.
  3. Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
  4. Distributor order planning & validate sell out claim.
  5. Coaching distributor sales team for trade execution excellence.
  6. Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
  7. Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.
  8. Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled.
  9. Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
  10. Participate in sales activation and promotional activities as and when required.
  11. Enhance relationship through productive communication with all customers to ensure prompt response to needs or complaints to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  12. Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive, category, and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion, and placement) to Sales Management, so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics.
  13. Perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications
  1. Any Bachelor Degree with experience in distributors and customers management.
  2. 1-3 years experience in Distributor Sales.
  3. Experience in FMCG industries is an advantage.
  4. Willing to travel to Bahau and Seremban daily. (Allowance Included)
