This position is responsible in day to day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.
- Trucking planning accordance to approved vendor list and coordinatio of trucking activities.
- Acceptance of truck order and execute with vendors.
- Ensure on time pick-up delivery on all bookings.
- Proactive follow-up on each movement and raise escalation to internal and external customer on any incident.
- To submit daily/weekly/monthly report on time to customer.
- Ensure update in CTSI system and check status.
- Maintain Operations Standard as per set KPI.
- Coordinate day to day operation activities meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transport operations
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software
- Strong multitasking skills and a customer-oriented approach to handling inquiries efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
