Develop and implement group-wide branding strategies to maintain a consistent brand identity across all projects and platforms.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and supervise content creation across all brand-owned channels (website, social media, digital platforms).

Lead and guide the branding team to deliver effective branding solutions, projects, and campaigns.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Project, and other departments to align branding initiatives.

Manage corporate branding materials, including company profiles, websites, videos, and event content.

Monitor and optimize branding budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain brand governance by reviewing and approving all brand assets in compliance with corporate guidelines.

Strengthen relationships with business partners, principals, media, and buyers to enhance brand visibility and secure new partnership opportunities.

Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support overall brand success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, ground marketing, events, or similar roles.

Creative, Leadership, Independent, Proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to travel and work beyond regular hours to support events and activations when required.

Experience in the property or retail industry is an added advantage.

Strong command of language, especially English and Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
