Job description

To assist Superior in updating the new product listing, price change, promotion mechanic, and department master file maintenance.

To assist in analyzing data by category and supplier for sales updates and buying income tracking.

To monitor the supply service level.

To assist in new store opening, festive event for assortment plan review and weekly/monthly prices survey.

To support merchandising strategies execution and maximizing company's profit.

Work closely with other department on products planning, promotion planning and display to create strong brand identity to succeed on all fairs, event, promotion and samplings.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in supermarket retail. However, fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, presentation, result-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
