Client Acquisition Associate (Start ASAP)

Join UOB to acquire customers, promote deposit products, and build long-term relationships within a leading Asian bank.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquire customers and promote deposit products.
  • Manage and build long-term relationships with customers while maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Perform monthly marketing calls to generate cross-selling and cross-referral opportunities.
  • Provide segment strategy support through strategic alliances and marketing integration.
  • Lead client acquisition through partner bases.
  • Participate in segmentation value proposition creation and distribution strategy.
  • Integrate campaigns with sales activities and coordinate partner co-marketing sponsorship for internal sales events.
  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies.
  • Track and report on all campaign launches.
  • Identify leads for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for cross-selling and monitor CRM leads closure and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers on monthly onboarding events at branches.
About you

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales and services in any related field.
