A leading health and wellness brand is seeking a Health Advisor to join their team in Selangor, Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the right health products. Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels, providing nutritional consultations, and ensuring a clean and organized store. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field and is fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English. A passion for promoting health is essential.
As a Health Advisor at Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our customers in the store. In this full-time position, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers select the right health and wellness products to meet their needs.
What you'll be doing
Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.
Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division as necessary in order to achieve the division’s sales target.
Maintain housekeeping standard of health items which includes promotional display and price tags.
To conduct overall healthcare department stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level.
To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks and shelves
Provide health tests to customers on related promotional activities.
Handle customers inquiries and provide customer service.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
A passion for promoting health and wellbeing.
