- Generate accurate invoices and perform thorough billing verification to ensure correctness and completeness.
- Monitor and track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Manage customer accounts, including handling refunds and coordinating with the Risk and Operations teams for account-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of financial reports for internal and external use.
- Liaise with government departments, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other third-party organizations on relevant financial and administrative matters.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all accounting documents and records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
