Job Overview:
The Social Media & Digital lead will oversee and manage the bank's social media platforms, create and execute a social media strategy plan to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and facilitate an environment for the business divisions to drive sales growth. He/she will collaborate with departments across the organisation to ensure consumer engagement and grow social media metrics. The Social Media lead must be creative, analytical, and well-informed about the latest social media trends and relevant policies, both in Malaysia and globally.
