Who you'll be working for

A system integrator with offices in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen. Provide networking, storage, server and SAAS solutions to clients from SMEs to commercial and enterprise clients.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and group reporting.
• Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency environments, preferably with regional operations (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Taiwan).
• Hands‑on experience in audit coordination, tax compliance, and transfer pricing monitoring.
• Experience in treasury management, trade credit insurance (Euler Hermes), and intercompany loan tracking.
• Good understanding of cross-border accounting, payroll, and compliance requirements.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry will be an advantage.

What you’ll be doing on the job

We are seeking a meticulous and process‑driven Account Executive to manage full‑set accounting, consolidation, and compliance across multiple entities. The role includes overseeing payroll, cross‑border tax, treasury operations, trade credit insurance, and intercompany transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision‑making.

Group Accounts & Reporting

• Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for multiple entities.
• Prepare group consolidation reports and ensure accuracy of intercompany transactions.
• Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closing in line with FRS/IFRS standards.
• Work closely with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries during annual audit and filing.

Management Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for review.
• Support management with financial data and analysis for business decision‑making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises by providing accounting data and variance explanations.

Tax & Compliance

• Manage corporate tax, GST/VAT, and withholding tax filing across regions.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants on cross‑border matters (e.g. Malaysia CP204, Dubai CT).
• Monitor transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions to ensure arm’s‑length compliance and proper documentation for all entities.
• Maintain proper documentation to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Payroll & HR Support

• Oversee monthly payroll for Singapore and Malaysia teams.
• Ensure CPF, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions are accurate and timely.
• Work with HR and vendors on payroll reconciliation and related reports.

Treasury, Trade Insurance & Risk Control

• Monitor group cash flow and manage intercompany loans and bank facilities.
• Manage Euler Hermes Trade Credit Insurance, including:
  • Credit limit applications and renewals.
  • Declaration, overdue monitoring, and claim follow‑up.
  • Liaise with insurer and sales team on credit coverage.
