• Partner with founders to translate strategy into shipped features
• Use AI copilots (and your own brain) to code, prototype, and iterate fast
• Contribute across the stack — frontend, backend, DevOps, APIs, architecture
• Dive into LLMs, agents, vector DBs, scraping, and anything else that drives product and growth

• Critical thinker, clear communicator (especially in English)
• Builder-first mindset — you solve real problems, not just code for fun
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• You might not know all the buzzwords (polymorphism, DI, vector embeddings), but you know how to get them done with AI in your corner

• Folks who identify strictly as Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or Developers — we need builders, not box-checkers
• Hardcore super coders who can’t think beyond syntax — AI is already better than you
• Anyone who expects Linked List, live coding sort of questions prior or during the interview
• You have endless certifications
• Contractual staff — we believe contractual staff would be replaced by AI soon
