Job description

Accounting functions
• Daily accounting entries/posting
• Collecting cash payment to fulfill the debts of customers' overdue invoices
• Bank payment transactions
• Managing of Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handling petty cash and travel expenses and posting into related accounts and correct cost center
• Fixed asset creation and depreciation posting
• Assist in conducting the monthly closing, audit works, tax return and transfer pricing documentation.
• Liaising with bank, auditor, tax agent, and legal representatives


General Administrator functions
• Support general office management administration work, e.g. stationery/pantry refill, seminar food ordering, cleaner arrangement, liaison for scheduled maintenance/repair for external vendor. But not limited to the example quoted.
• Assist in organising company event – AP InMotion, festive celebration, CSR program, launching events, conference, exhibition etc…
• Able to back up sales and service administrator in the event of absence or holiday for tender process documentation, collection of documents or warehouse items by logistic partner for urgent transaction.
• Efficient email/phone correspondence with customers and suppliers.
• Managing content creation for designated product lines covering press releases, publication of articles and social media updates.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Previous experience in accounting is advantageous
• Preferably experience with SAP/R3
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as excellent PC skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team
• Willingness to learn
