Job summary
A leading tech company located in Malaysia is seeking a skilled individual for web application development and IT administration. Your role will involve developing responsive web and mobile applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting IT infrastructures. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in web development using Laravel and Vue.js. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential for this position.

- IoT or hardware integration experience is an advantage.

- Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframes and requirements.
- Build, test, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.

Manage user permissions and security settings.
Perform data wipes and device recovery during offboarding.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and upscale when needed.
Monitor system alerts and ensure timely issue resolution.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Equivalent experience or certifications accepted.
1–3 years of experience in web application development.
Hands‑on experience with Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).
Experience with GitLab, Git, Linux, and cPanel deployments.
IoT or hardware integration experience (e.g., Chipstack) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Laravel, Vue.js, and modern development workflows.
Familiarity with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
Understanding of CMS platforms, web hosting, and server configurations.
Knowledge of performance optimization, security, and data protection.
Bonus: Experience with IoT devices or hardware interfacing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Clear communication and ability to explain technical issues.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
