HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (FULL SET HR)

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
  • Oversee full set HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, memos, and staff records
  • Manage uniform stock, access cards, and HR documentation
Payroll, Compliance & KPI
  • Verify attendance, OT, KPI, and commission; ensure accurate payroll
  • Manage staff KPI tracking, review, and performance follow-ups
  • Handle staff income tax calculation and submissions, including CP58 for agents, EA Forms, CP55, and annual filings
  • Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF)
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal policies
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process and onboarding for new joiners
  • Handle offboarding processes for departing staff
Staff Relations & Engagement
  • Handle disciplinary cases and issue warning letters when needed
  • Follow up on patient complaints or negative reviews
  • Organize staff events like Annual Dinner and clinic anniversary
HR Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR reports: headcount, turnover, leave balance, training records, KPI
  • Ensure HR audit readiness and proper record-keeping
  • Review staff feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably full set HR
  • Experience in service-based industries (healthcare, beauty, retail, hospitality) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and related HR laws
  • Proficient in statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF)
  • Strong understanding of staff tax calculation and reporting
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a small HR team.
