About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in APAC. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in the logistics sector, eager to play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent to support our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and volume logistics roles, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain functions.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.

Provide expert guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Communicate effectively and maintain timely follow-ups with candidates.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficiency.

Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience within the region, with at least 3 years focused on logistics or supply chain roles.

Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.

Strong knowledge of the logistics labour market and familiarity with operational and technical job profiles.

Proven success in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
