Responsibilities

Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframes and requirements.

Build, test, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.

Write clean, scalable, and testable code.

Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

Perform functional and compatibility testing.

Collaborate with teams to refine requirements and propose solutions.

Explore and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.

Website Development

Design and maintain responsive company websites and microsites.

Ensure alignment with branding and digital strategy.

Optimize for SEO, loading speed, and mobile performance.

Implement analytics, tracking, and monitoring tools.

IT Administration

Support desktops, laptops, network devices, and printers.

Install and maintain operating systems and required software.

Monitor hardware assets and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Assist with network connectivity and general IT troubleshooting.

Employee IT Support

Set up email, accounts, access rights, and devices for new hires.

Manage user permissions and security settings.

Perform data wipes and device recovery during offboarding.

Troubleshooting & Helpdesk

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.

Respond to helpdesk tickets and upscale when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Equivalent experience or certifications accepted.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in web application development.

Hands‑on experience with Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).

Experience with GitLab, Git, Linux, and cPanel deployments.

IoT or hardware integration experience (e.g., Chipstack) is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Laravel, Vue.js, and modern development workflows.

Familiarity with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.

Understanding of CMS platforms, web hosting, and server configurations.

Knowledge of performance optimization, security, and data protection.
