- Minimum 3–5 years of corporate secretarial experience. Prior experience in a professional firm will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, and MBRS (hands‑on experience is highly preferred).
- Possession of ICSA / MAICSA qualification is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage a full set of corporate secretarial tasks with minimal supervision.
- Highly responsible, well‑organized, and able to manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin‑speaking candidates are prioritized due to frequent communication with clients from China.
- Able to handle and liaise with multiple clients professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Department Operations & Client Management
- Support the overall operations and workflow of the Corporate Secretarial Department.
- Manage a portfolio of Sdn. Bhd. clients independently and deliver full‑set corporate secretarial services.
- Review and guide junior team members on their tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide timely advice.
Corporate Secretarial Work
- Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
- Lodge Annual Returns and Audited Financial Statements via MBRS.
- Handle incorporations, director changes, share transfers, BO submissions, and other routine matters.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records accurately.
Quality & Process Improvement
- Help improve SOPs, templates, and internal workflows.
- Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support digitalization efforts and coordinate with audit, accounting, and taxdepartments.
