Job summary
A hospitality management company in Johor Bahru seeks an Accounts Assistant Executive to assist with daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Proficiency in accounting software and detail-oriented skills are essential. The position offers a salary range of RM2500-RM3000.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Help prepare financial statements and reports
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
- Assist in implementing and maintaining financial controls
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
