We are seeking motivated and eager Field Sales Consultants in Italy to engage with prospect merchants and promote our solutions. As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will play a key role in building and leading a team of Field Sales Executives to drive SumUp's growth in Italy.

This role combines team leadership, customer engagement, and sales strategy to increase revenue and market presence in the payments industry.

What you'll do

• Guide, inspire, and empower your team of Field Sales Executives, fostering success and market disruption
• Recruit top talent to achieve outstanding results
• Be actively involved in the field, mentoring and developing your team
• Support revenue growth by analyzing sales data and implementing effective strategies
• Monitor KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Retention, and Sales Cycle Length, communicating insights to stakeholders
