Responsible for negotiating with previously defined customers and prospecting for new customers in Italy, in close collaboration with the company’s management.
Acting as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
Delivering offers / quotes to existing and prospective customers.
Reporting to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
Define the sales strategy for the company's various products to its customers.
Gather all necessary information for preparing sale contracts.
Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers.
Identify new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds.
Negotiate the best sale terms in agreement with management.
Manage and record customer rates.
Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory.
Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term collaboration.
Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
Identify and manage customer, financial, and delivery risks.
Act as an interface between customers and various company departments.
Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during management meetings.

Knowledge of company's technical capabilities and product advantages.
Experience in plastics industry and injection moulding with successful account management.
Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.
