A leading pharmaceutical company based in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager. The role involves managing SFE initiatives, developing sustainable SOPs and governance, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration and 3-5 years of relevant experience along with fluency in English. This position requires willingness to travel overseas.
Responsible for Basic Operation (BASO), SFE, and Incentive Initiatives, Implementation, develop, and maintenance system and dashboard
Develop sustainable SFE SOP and KPIs including SFE governance
Lead automation process SFE and incentive reports by collaborating with IT and other dept from countries or SBU
Work closely with Marketing and Sales Team in HO and Countries on developing effective marketing and sales strategy related to SFE Initiative
SFE data analysis, monitoring sales and marketing strategy of each teams in countries
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, Sales Analayst Manager, Sales Excellence role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
Experience managing projects and initiatives that drive sales performance.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Willing to be travel overseas
