Sales Manager Foundry Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share of foundry or lining process or metal casting process.

Lead sales performance to achieve targeted revenue and business growth.

Lead market expansion, drive strategic growth, and build strong partnerships across the manufacturing sector.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights for product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Communication, Project Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5‑10 years of sales experience within the foundry or metal casting or industrial manufacturing sector is necessary. Experience in technical sales, specifically, is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of foundry processes: molding, casting, lining, pattern, metallurgy points, and quality standards.
  • Strong network in automotive, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of the specific regional market and its customers within the foundry industry is often a plus.
  • Strong desire to work with and improve sales productivity, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with customers, principals, and sales teams.
  • Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced / intermediate English skills is required.
  • Willing to travel between cities in Indonesia.
