PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in a logistic company in finding great talent as a Sales Senior Staff with the following requirements:

Working location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for client visits across Indonesia (business trips required; company car provided, no driver’s license needed).
• Sales activities: approximately 70% new business and 30% existing clients, mainly targeting Japanese companies operating in Indonesia.
• Conduct careful hearings to identify and analyze clients’ logistics needs.
• Prepare and propose quotations, including warehouse rental fees and transportation costs, based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Balance client demands with company resources, requiring strong management and coordination skills.
• No aggressive hunter-style sales; focus is on a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach in domestic logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Preferably at least 2–3 years of sales experience in the domestic logistics industry.
• Candidates with sales experience from other industries are also welcome, provided they demonstrate strong sales acumen, a positive working attitude, and an energetic, outgoing personality.
• Business-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
