in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a
clear understanding of project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform
business decisions.
Project Management:
• Assist with project management activities including scheduling, coordinating tasks, project
plan development and stakeholder communication.
Process Improvement:
• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and
optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies, enhancing efficiency and
effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze business performance and identify key
metrics and KPIs.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and
recommendations to stakeholders.
Solution Design and Implementation:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address
business challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide measurable benefits.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating communication
and ensuring alignment.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, deliverables, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Market and Industry Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide
strategic insights.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in business analysis methodologies, tools, and
best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related
field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in data analysis and
process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and
provide actionable insights.
Additional Requirements:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
